We have just returned from Africa and had a wonderful expedition. 9 members reached the Nelion summit of Mt. Kenya, via a 16 pitch rock climb. 6 members reached Point Lenana via trekking. 10 members reached the summit of Kilimanjaro via the Umbwe Route. We had an exciting safari in Amboseli Park and probably saw more than 10,000 animals, including elephant, giraffe, hippo, zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, numerous birds, etcetera. We had a fine team, excellent leaders and staff, and were very lucky with the weather. Please visit the news page to learn more.

Climbing Kilimanjaro, Mount Kenya, and/or Ruwenzori Mountains of the Moon can qualify you for the high Himalaya like Everest.
We are excited to announce a new trip to Africa's 3rd, 4th, and 5th highest mountains, located in a gorgeous national park, rarely visited. There is stunning trekking and optional mountaineering on these mountains which are not often climbed.
We are currently preparing for our next foray into east Africa, with fun and exhilarating treks round the summit of Kilimanjaro and high summit-circuit treks to Mount Kenya. These beautiful peaks are the two highest in Africa. For accomplished climbers, we also have some fun rock climbs to the summit of Mt. Kenya, the highest rock climb in Africa, and one of the most clssic rock climbs in the world. Our Amboseli safari in the shadow of Kili is one of Africa's most classic game viewing drives.
Our teams have three priorities:
1. safety;
2. having fun, making new friends, building ourselves into a good team;
3. achieving our goals, getting to the summit and back down safely, completing our trek and safari with enjoyment and interest.
We have a nice group of women and men signed up, with room for a few more in our team. We trek stunning and less-traveled but gentle routes. Porters carry our rucksacks, skillful cooks prepare all of the delicious meals, and our British, American, and European leaders, supported by top African guides, personally accompany you and show the way.
Our leaders are men and women with more than 10 years of experience who are Africa trekking, safari, and climbing experts, speaking English, German, Dutch, and local African languages. Also they have trekked and climbed Everest, Mt McKinley, Ben Nevis, Mont Blanc, and many others.
